PCs in workgroup can't access each other

Healp
I have three PCs in my LAN and before I can share files
in my workgroup and I can use virtual directory with my
IIS which is installed in one PC and sharing SQL databse
through URL query
But these days when I use adsl router the all sharing and
IIS doesn't work properly. I even can't use IP browsing
like http://192.168.1.100
I can see the other computers in my workgroup but when i
click on the computer it show me a message

"logon failure: the user has not been granted the
requested logon type at this computer"

I need help. Please!!

First of all you need to enable file and printer sharing, Second make sure
the name of the group is the same on all 3 computers, Third you have to
right click on what each computer is going to allow others to use and enable
sharing on that item.

I have 2 PC with WIN XP pro and on Win98
they are all in same workgroup and the File and Printer
Sharing for Microsoft Networks are installed in all PCs
I have no problem before and after install ADSL the
sharing was gone. Three computers can still see each other
but just can't access to each other. I can ping other
PCs with no problem.
