After a year, we found a card compatible with the RIS disk for laptops that do not support Boot to LAN/PXE. We tested it on a panasonic and dell. The Panasonic is very old and does not have an internal network card. Both of them worked after we downloaded the correct drivers into the $OEM$ and I386 file
Laptops that do not support boot to LAN will boot from a specific PCMCIA card with RIS disk. Card is a DELL 10/100 base-TX by 3COM. PN:16-0488-001 REV:A Model 3CCFE575CT-D1
Driver Files (Downloaded from Dell) .sys was copied after installing it on another PC, the .sy_ may work
