PCI to PCI Bridge not enough resources

I have an ASUS p5rd1-vm mainboard with a nvidia geforce 6200 graphics card.
I upgraded to Windows Vista from a XP SP2 operating system. I now get an
error showing I do not have enough resources for my pci to pci bridge that
runs my graphics card. I am in VGA Save mode and cannot get my PCI Express
graphics card to work. If I disable it and use the onboard graphics card
everything is OK, but I do not want to keep it like this. If anyone has any
suggestions please let me know. Thank You.

I have an ASUS p5rd1-vm mainboard with a nvidia geforce 7300 LE graphics card[works excellent on my XP SP2 system]. I upgraded to Windows Vista from a XP SP2 operating system. When i boot into windows vista from my external graphics card it is not able to detect geforce 7300 le and vista shows VGASave mode, when i try to install the Nvidia forceware drivers it says it cannot find any drivers to install. When i boot using my onboard ATI graphics then vista detects the card and i am able to install the ATI Catalyst drivers. If anyone has found a solution to this problem please help.

PC Config:
P4 2.66Ghz
Asus P5RD1-VM
1GB RAM 400MHz
Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE 256MB

Hi... I have the same problem... I download every Driver for Windows Vista
from NVidia, but not work...

To solve it, I Update the Bios and restart my computer...

And it works!!!!!! now I have my NVidia GeForce 7300 GS working perfectly
(100%)...

Go to the ASUS web page, download the latest Bios Update from your
MotherBoard, download the AsusUpdate Application, and Update your BIOS...

Belive me... it really works...

Regards...
