PCI Ethernet Controller

I recieve the message new hardware found PCI Ethernet
controller. then it cannot find it. This happens every
time I start up my laptop. Can anyone help?

If the laptop has built-in LAN adapter, install the appropriate drivers.
 
These drivers are going to be found on either on one of the CD's that
came with the computer or on the laptop manufacturer's website. I would
use the website's drivers first if you have a way of getting those from
the computer you are posting with to the laptop ;)
