Should i just stick with pc 3200 lowlatency ram. 2.2.3.5 ect or
3,3,3,6 ect for pc4000 ram ??

I want to get two 2 Gig sticks and run them in dual mode.

Iam thinking of overclokcing the bejesus out of the X2 3800 to
somthing like 2.4ghz if i can and beyond if possible.

Thanks.

Go for the 3200. Athlon 64's benefit more from low latencies then huge
clock speeds. Also, RAM with low latencies is often better for overclocking.
