PC unable to start, display reads: Unsupported Mode H:93.5 KH

Unable to achieve any other signon display. Is this PC
hosed or what?

Could be that you attempted to set your display properties to a video
mode that the monitor can't handle. Try starting in safe mode (F8 while
booting) and set your display properties to regular VGA (640x480).

Sounds like a video display issue.

Try starting it in safe mode - uninstall your display driver, reboot
and reinstall.
