pc to tv

hi can any one tell me how to connect my pc to tv i have a 15 pin on my pc
and 15 at the back of my tv the cable i have has 15 pin on 1 side along with
usb lead but the other end has 30.my tv supports scart but cannot find one on
my pc i have plenty connectors to convert one cable but not sure what im
doing cheers

The first thing you have to do is make sure your graphics card has a
"TV-OUT" connector. If so, then it's just a matter of picking the correct
connections. If not, it can not be done. S-Video and Composite are the two
usual methods of connections, or even an antenna connectiong but that
usually requires a dongle at the TV OUT connector.
Look at the connectors and see what they are labeled as. Check your
documentation for TV/VCR connections.
