PC starts working by itself

Hi,

Lately I started notice that my PC starts working by
itself, usually its on the middle of the night?

Is anyone aware to this phenomena?
Could the PC being started from remote?

Please advice.

Most likely you have a setting in your BIOS for automatic power on.
Check that.

Check your BIOS for "Wake on LAN" and/or "Wake on Call" settings - if either
is enabled, disable it and see if the behaviour persists.
