PC resets during boot in Safe Mode

My PC resets itself right before the color/graphic screen
comes while booting up into Safe Mode. While it's
booting, it shows a bunch of lines of drivers that are
loaded. Somewhere in between the last two drivers, the PC
is resetting. The last two drivers are 'mup.sys'
and 'agp440.sys'. This happens when I try to boot up in
Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Network or Safe Mode with
Command Prompt on Windows XP. The PC boots up just fine
in regular mode. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Look in the event viewer at system and application
messages.
Find out what the STOP information is. There may also
be a dump file generated in case you have to call MS.
