PC locks up when opening new windows with IE6

My PC will lock up when using IE6. Nothing works except
turning the PC off then back on. It usually happens when I
open more than window. There is no pattern as to exacly
when it happens.....it happens randomly. This has been
ongoing for a couple of months. I have all the latest
updates installed.....

Check for malware with Ad-aware, Spybot and CWShredder.
