PC Hangs after Soft Reboot

Hi, I have a new Mesh PC with 32bit Vista Home Premium...everytime I reboot
my PC it hangs while booting up again.....If I then hit the reset button, the
PC does bootup to the recovery menu...I ran recovery but it made no
difference....However, when I just take the start normally option from the
recovery menu my pc boots up okay...

Anyone got any ideas....

I would first test your profiles ability to 'logoff', to try to isolate the
exact cause of a restart failure. If you cannot logoff, creating a new
profile, and copying the old data to it would probably fix it for you. If
you can logoff successfully, the problem would be somewhere in one of your
applications or drivers. You could temporarily disable suspect hardware till
it fixed. I would suspect the Media Center stuff first.
