PC Freezes then reboots-display driver

Hi everyone,
Hope someone can help me with this prolem... pc freezes then reboots when using pretty much any application.

A message then pops up. This is its content:

'The driver for the display device was unable to complete a drawing operation.
Please check with the device manufacturer fro a driver update.'

'The display driver for intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphic Controller
seems to be responsible for the system instability.'

I then followed the link to the intel site to download 'Intel extreme graphics' but problem persists.

Anyone can help?
