Disconnect your network connection.
Does it shutdown OK?
Go to BIOS and look for something like "Wake on LAN" or "Wake on
Ring", normally under Power tab.
Disable them.

It is disabled and the problem occurs sometimes.

It's not a virus.

I unchecked "Automatically restart" and now I am getting blue screen on shut down with problem in win32k.sys at BF8ADE90. What does it mean?
