anyone been having problems getting updates over the last few days??

update and reboot required the other day, but havent been able to update
since using any of the pcs on my network..

I got an automated update yesterday.

But no response from their support site. I put in a problem sometime last
week ("New components detected" loop following upgrading sys from Win2000 to
WinXP).
