Trend PC-Cillin Problem

I have used PC-Cillin for about five years.
This time, I procrastinated my renewal.
Now I have a real problem.
(1) PC-Cillin pops a little window every ten minutes
telling me that I need to renew.
(2) PC-Cillin will not check for updates. If I manually
click on check for updates, it pops the little window
telling me that I need to renew.

I cleaned all traces of PC-Cillin off of my computer
(and my Windows XP Registry) and re-installed.
At the end of the install, the pop up window appeared
again.

I have sent email twice and have waited five days for
a response.

Does anybody know the email address for the NEW
Trend support (now that they have been bought by
Symantec?)

No. Trend Micro has *not* been acquired by Symantec. Someone's confused.

If you have a 5 year old version of PCC, forget the renewal. Bite the
bullet, open your checkbook and go for the upgrade. The scan engine on
PCC has changed several times over the past 5 years.

I am upset.
It is my fault, but I am upset and I am not thinking clearly.
I left out something important. To wit:: I have, about a week ago,
purchased "Trend Internet Security 2005". And that includes PC-cillin.

Also, in the interim (the last ten hours), I have found a web page
for owners of the 2005 version.
