PC Check reports no MMX architechure on P4 2.6G

The stupid and shitty ATI PC Check, installed with MMC 8.7,
reports there is no MMX architechure on my P4 2.6G and
suggests to buy a faster CPU. I downloaded Intel Processor
Identifier, which reports there is MMX support on my P4.
Meanwhile MMC crashes daily like Iraqi insurgent attacks.
How to solve this problem?

You need to give us more info, holly. The only thing I can tell you is that
the no MMX architecture report is not the problem. Very few versions of the
ATi configuration check have ever worked perfectly; fortunately the problem
has always been the app itself; the other ATi software is not affected by
it.
