how would i go about writing a professional letter to request a pay raise i
am not one for the right words and not sure how to go about writing either
thank you

Don't know. This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We help build databases.

If it were me, I'd explain my qualifications, how long it has been since my
last raise, how my contribution to the company has increased since that
raise, and state my expectation. Fortunately, my company performs formal
reviews every year.

Firsts step is to find the question person to write to. Second learn to
learn what the sift key is for.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

Of course the really really first step is don't be so obvious with your
trolling.
