thanks marianne but no luck as yet. i dont av service pack 2 and my pop controls are set to allow that site. i also tried this with pop ups off. i tried the ctrl button whilst loading the page and that did not work either. any other possibilities?? i av noton security and i tried setting to "allow all traffic" and that didnt help either. i use aol v9.0 broadband.

any help would be gratefuly recieved.
