path of pictures

I am trying to link pdf files to my form so that when the record source on
the form changes the say the primary key, the pdf file will change. I have
named all of the pdf files to match the primary key.

for instance my path to the object is C:\windows\1111.pdf

the primary key is 1111 when I go to the next recort 1112 I want the image
to change. How?
