Patch Installation

I am trying to install the latest 2000pro patches via SMS but when they go to
instal on a basic users pc a pop up box appears asking for the network link
to proplus.msi as i am attaempting a silent install as users will not be able
to handle such questions any help is appreciated

Recent Office updates (the last couple at least) have come in two forms,
one fairly trimmed down, and a full one that removes need for access to
the Office install media during the update process.
Perhaps you are sending out the wrong one ??

The patches i am attempting to install are not released as office updates an
example is ms05-009, which is for buffer over runs. other examples include
most of this months patches for win2k sp4 (esxcept 25 and 26).
