Pasting Unicode text in Word

I am trying to copy unicode text (language: Tamil) from a html page (that
text is also in a text area). When I paste it in Microsoft Word (and other MS
Office applications like Outlook), it is not displaying the text properly.
How to over come that problem? I want to copy the text and send it as email.

Do you have Tamil support, including Tamil fonts, installed locally?
