Pasting/Importing Pictures Into Notes Page PP 2000

Doing a project for work using PP 2000 with Vista. Don't know what
version the presentation I'm editing was created in. I'm trying to put
graphics in the notes page. The paste option is disabled and I don't
see any graphics on the notes page when I try to import -it looks like
they are being placed on the slide page. When I print the notes page,
however, there is a graphic there. Any ideas why, or how to fix?
Thanks.

Hi Analisa

You cannot add pictures to notes pages but you can add them to the notes
master (hence a graphic printing). Send to Word and add your graphics there -
File -> Send to -> MS Word (pretty sure this is available in 2000). If you
are interested Bill Dillworth has an add-in that gives you more control - see
here:http://billdilworth.mvps.org/SlideIntoWord.htm

??? Sure ya can.

You can't add them to the notes PANE, but if you do View, Notes Page to see the
notes page associated with the current slide, you can add any graphics or other
content you like.
