Hello.
How to set MS Word and Outlook if I want to paste data from clipboard
with Ctrl+V unformatted?
Is it even possible to set such behaviour of the programs?

You can use the "Paste Speical" option in the Paste submenu.

Surely this is a way. But I want to use only Ctrl+C > Ctrl+V.
Therefore I ask to preset Windows for such behaviour when it won't
paste formatting.
