If you have your format set to 'Rich Text', it appears that the 'Paste'
functionality is disabled - as well as many other menu items not available
when you right-click in the body of a new mail message... Changing
formatting to html resolves this...

Just curious as to why this may be?? Is there a way to change this?

We are using Outlook 2002 clients at SP2.

Thanks,

Brad

Why use RTF in the first place? HTML has so much more capabilities, and
is supported by all email clients.

Anyway, can you paste plain-text contents (e.g. copied from Notepad)
into an RTF message draft?
