past due message for future appointments

I am trying to get boss' outlook to stop notifying her that future
appointments are past due. They seem to be off by about 9 or more hours.
Any suggestions?
Outlook 2003 Win xp Pro
 
First thing I'd check on the machine are if the Time Zone & clock are set
correctly
