Past Appointments

I need to view all appointments in my calendar for the entire year January 1,
2009 until present. I seem only to be able to access for 3-months prior to
today. How do I set my calendar to show all appointments for the past 12
months?

Do you use a PDA or sync with a cell phone? Those devices tend to delete old
items, which are deleted from outlook on the next sync. If this happened,
the only way to recover the appointments is from a backup.

Autoarchive is another cause of missing appointments. Is it enabled? (Tools,
options, other tab)

Yes, I sync my Blackberrry. I have not done a backup with my calendar that I
am aware of. I do autoarchive. What settings do I need in order to keep
calendar items? Do I just click off autoarchive? I have Outlook 2003. Thank
you for your assistance--
