Not if multiple users use the same PC login (Windows) - everyone can still
see your email. You have to set up multiple "users" on the PC and then
login and logoff of the PC each time. The actual email login passwords
don't operate within the email client - only as access to the email server.
So anything in your email client is displayed for all users who open the
program under the same PC login.
