Passwords Not Saved

I just purchased a new computer with XP Home installed and I can't it to
save passwords. For example, it will not save mailbox passwords in Outlook.
Each time I start up Outlook, I have to reenter the mailbox passwords. My
last computer with XP Home had no similar problem. This problem is not
limited to Outlook as it also occurs with Outlook Express.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

This will re-set all stored passwords, when you re-enter
them it will make a new registry key.

It's a detailed procedure to get it to remember them.
