passwords not being saved

No matter where I am within Windows XP Professional, Outlook or browsing the
web with Internet Explorer, my passwords are not being saved even though I
check the save password box.
Any suggestions?

Open IE, tools, options, Content Tab. Clear, then turn off AutoComplete. Restart Windows, and turn it back on. You will lose all
saved passwords.
