Is there a way in Vista to password a particular program, like Internet
Explorer?

To access that particular program, people need a password?

It is on broadband,so it is on all the time.
Thanks

No, just setup separate user accounts with different priviledges and or use
the Parental Controls to set default priviledges for each account.

In XP you can password the screensaver.
On resume password protect.
I see in Vista you can on the power option,
but do not see one returning from the screensaver?

Your first question asked about password protecting applications within the
OS, not a function such as a screensaver which is pretty much obvious since
the option clearly exist to do so. If you want to Password protect your
computer on resume from a screensaver, right click the Desktop > click
Personalize > Screensaver > select your screensaver and tick the box that
says 'On resume, password protect.

I see that in xp, but not in vista?
They want it so, someone does not have access to the internet. I realize you
can set users up.
But just that one. They leave there computer on, so I was thinking the
screensaver.
I can find the password from standby, but when I right click and look under
screensaver in vista, I did not see that option?
