Password

I have a question regarding my account, when I go to log on now it is asking
me for my password. I have never had this happen before and I've had it for
over a year, my account is set up through work and I don't remember the
password. How do I recover my password?
 
You recover the password from whoever provided it to you in the
first place. If that is not feasible, have the mail administrator at work
reset the password.
