I have just signed up for a quilting site and my password will work on the
site, but if I try to download a quilt it will not take my password. I am
concerned as I had to pay for this. Everytime I try to send them and e-mail
they ask all kinds of questions such as about my server POP3 and then they
want an e-mail. When I put in my e-mail it quits and doesn't go through. Can
you help? (e-mail address removed). I do not use my windows mail I use yahoo for
mail.

Why don't you start the email sending process from inside your Yahoo mail
screen? As I understand it, Yahoo mail does work for you.
Does the site have you click on an email link? Just copy and paste that link
into your Yahoo mail.
