My computer wasn't working, so I got a friend's brother to fix it. It
crashed while i was on it, so i had to restart it with 2nd chance. The
bloke who fixed put a password on it and now I can't get hold of him.
He also took my restore disc and told me that It will not work.
Can anyone help me please.

Otherwise you have no choice but to buy a retail version and reinstall.

What I DID. BUT dont take my word for it. I had the same prob except I forgot
the password. I started it up pressed f8 and went into it in safe mode. Went
to user accounts and deleted that main account. Restarted then re created the
account.

ask for help though if you dont know how. Dont want to delete your only
account sometimes it wont let u anyway. But if you know how to do it right it
works.
