I have forgotten my administrator password and it is not
even giving me a Password Hint. I can not get on my
computer......please help.

try booting into safemode, press F8 before windows starts
up but after the bios has done its bit, and use
administrator for the username with the password blank.
if that doesnt work here is plan B
