Password when entering account

When my computer starts up I get a dialog box that says my
password will expire in -- days. Do you want to change it
now. I don't remember ever putting in a username or
password to get to Windows XP. Now it says my password
has expired and I can't get in. What do I do? Please
send any suggestions via e-mail. Thanks

I'm having the same problem. It seems like the keyboard
is locked, but I don't know how to unlock it.

Anyhelp would be appreciated!!
