password required to view site

password required to view site
Visitors to my site are asked for a password
I still cannot get hold of my hosts.
On my control panel . File Manager
I have these folders (shown below)
Please can you tell me if I can change anything in these folders.
To stop the password being required to view the web site.
_vti_pvt

writeto.cnf
uniqperm.cnf
svcacl.cnf
structure.cnf
services.cnf
service.lck
service.cnf
linkinfo.btr
frontpg.lck
doctodep.btr
deptodoc.btr
category.btr
bots.cnf
botinfs.cnf
access.cnf
 
Don't do anything to those files, they aren't the problem.

With your remote web open in FrontPage, click Tools > Server >
Permissions and follow the instructions on the page that opens.

I do not have server to choose from only security.
I tried that click Tools> Security but It does not accept my password to
open this

but thank you any way.
