Password Removal

An ex girlfriend got into my house and set the password
for my windows log on. She is no where to be found and I
am clueless with a hint of asdasd how do I reset this
password without reinstalling my entire OS and programs?
If I have to reinstall it, how do I get the data recovery
under way?
