Administrator Account Password

Good evening....My daughter is off to college with a new laptop and I wanted
to use her old desk top for my son now that he is in need for middle school.
However, I am the admnistrator and can not remember my password. My daughter
gave me her password but she is only a user and I limited her account.
Anyone know how I can reset my password or create a new one....Help
