There is not much point in Password protection that doesn't protect. I'd
start by attempting to try all the possible things you might have used.
I do not know of any "back door" to get around presentation password
protection.

Sorry, couldn't resist! There are some folks who purport to be able to
crack lost passwords if you are willing to give your credit card number to
someone who "hacks" for a living! SORRY!
