password protecting webfolders

I just installed FrontPage 2003 and want some way of
password protecting folders on my website. I cannot seem
to do this. Is is possible to password protect folders
without FP Server Extensions?

Yes, but not via FP. Check with your host as this would need to be done on the live site, not a
local copy.

Does the remote server have the FP extensions?
