Password Protecting Excel

I was wondering if some one could help Me i am try to
password protect a document, i want the password to
prevent some one from opening it. Not just making it read
only Please let me know ASAP if you know thaks Mike
 
Do file>save as and select the down-arrow next to Tools, select
general options and put in a password for opening.
