I am running XP Pro and want to password protect one
particular folder so that only someone with the password
can open it. I can't seem to figure out how to do that.
Can someone help?

Thank you,
Eddie

Assuming you've shared the folder, you would then need to create a user and
assign that user permissions to the folder. You'll need to create a new
local user, or use a domain account if you log into a domain.

Actually, you don't want to create a new *user*. You want to create a
new *group* and put only those users in that group who are allowed
access to the folder. Deny anyone not in the group privileges. Make
sure you put yourself in the new group!
