upgrading from Office XP professional to Office 2K3, when I open Outlook, my
default personal folder is changed. When I try to access my old Outlook pst
folder, I am asked to provide a password. I have none, and can not retrieve
my previous folders (mail, sent,etc.). How do I fix this?

That's usually a sign that the PST has been copied incorrectly somewhere
along the line. See if this tool helps.
http://www.computerhope.com/download/updates/pst19upg.zip . Use it only on
an Outlook 97-2002 format PST and make a copy of the PST before you begin.
