Password Protect Folders

I was wondering if it was possible to password protect a certain folder in
outlook, even though I am on a network?
 
Sorry to report, there is nothing built-in to Outlook that would allow one
to password protect a single folder or item. The best one could do is
password protect an entire PST file.
