Password Protect Folder/Win 2000

Dear Experts,

Does anybody know of a way to password protect a folder under Windows 2000?

Pls advice/guide.

Right Click -> Properties -> Advanced -> Encrypt Contents.

Got that part but it does not password protect.

Pls advice.

It does but for password uses your security ID so if you boor another
account or mount this disk on another computer or reinstall windows you will
not be able to see it.
Else look for third party sollutions there are many PGP Disk for example
