Password protect a single folder in XP

There is one folders I need to password protect. I'd prefer not to use a
password to use the PC in general as my kids use it but due to a divorce
issue, I'd prefer them not viewing files My Documnets. Is this possible?

Compress it with Windows XP and add a password.

XP Professional or Home?
