Password Problems

I have never had any passwords to logon before, but now my pc is asking for
passwords which I dont know what they are and cannot log on to my computer!!
It also doesnt have a hint button! very confused and need some help!

Boot into safe mode - Administrator Account - User Accounts - remove
password, reboot.
