Password Policy By Account?

Hi all,

Trying to assign screensaver password policy - through AD - by account
instead of by computer. I have an operations group that would like
the operator accounts to never have a screensaver kick in ... but
anyone else who touches the box like an admin should have the screen
saver kick in with password protection. Any ideas on how to
accomplish this?

Account policies are one to a domain. Account policies applied at the OU
level only take affect when logging in locally.
