Screensaver Group Policy Setting of Blank

Guys/Girls,

I'm wanting to set a group policy for a screensaver, now I've done this many
times...but never this way....

I want the Group Policy (or however I can centrally set this) to set the
default screensaver on all user accounts to set to the Blank screensaver.
The screensaver where the screen just goes blank (imagine that!). I've tried
just typing blank.scr, but there seems to be no .scr file for the blank
screen saver.. Any ideas on the best approach to this?? Registry settings
or hopefully GP settings!
