Is there a request for assistance or is this like one of those things that
you have to make public before it's "legal and holding"?
Were you in a domain before?
If so, are you outside the domain now and can you change the domain to a
local username (do you even have one) and log in? Are you trying to log
into the same domain?
Are you sure caps lock is off?
Do you have any other username/passwords on the computer?
